Customize An Overnight Stay with added meals, and other options such as interpretive hikes, outdoor education classes, and survival skills components along with other camp classics such as archery, kayaking, and canoeing.

Our team building programs coordinator, Sean McFeely, brings over 30 years of experiential education experience to Trail Blazers. Sean has guided groups in many different contexts from the wilderness, to the tree tops, in caves, over the water, and on rock. He is a professional wilderness, rock climbing, and canopy tour guide. He is a member of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), has presented at American Camp Association (ACA) and the Association for Experiential Education (AEE) on team development topics, and was the founding President of the Christian Adventure Association. Additionally, Sean has a strong corporate training background with a Masters in Organizational Leadership and an action research project on innovation plus real world experience as a product design engineer and the COO of one of the fastest growing design build firms in the country at the time.
In California, he began the teambuilding and outback programs at The Oaks Camp above LA, and led the project to build the world’s first canopy tour in the Redwoods plus the state of the art Sequoia Adventure Course at Mount Hermon Conference Center near Santa Cruz. Sean loves tailoring each program to meet your groups unique goals. Our team of facilitators come from diverse backgrounds ranging from Masters level corporate trainers to energetic former summer camp staff continuing to invest in others through the power of outdoor experiences. All have received extensive training to ACCT standards and will be carefully matched to ensure the best fit for your group.
