New Septic Treatment Facility

Help support the construction of this essential capital project, enabling Trail Blazers to safely operate our 128th summer for the over 450 youth who look forward to our programs each year.

The rustic nature of Trail Blazers' Mashipacong Estate is essential to our programs' lasting impact. Each year, over 450 youth roam our endless forests to explore its rich plant and wild life, learn to swim and canoe in our 40-acre lake, and connect to themselves and nature in a setting with minimal access to electricity, internet, and smartphones.

In order to continue safely providing youth with this unique experience, it was necessary to update one of our main septic treatment systems: the septic treatment field that manages sewage waste from the Great Hall, the Lodge, and Chimney Corner. This project is essential to our ability to operate on the property.

Make a donation to support this project:

Will you help us raise the funds to support this once-in-a-generation project? We have already secured a commitment of $25,000 from the John and Margaret Post Foundation! We are aiming to raise an additional $25,000, or 100 donations of $250 each, from our alumni and friends. 100% of your donation will be used to support the cost of constructing our new septic treatment facility.
